The universal phonebook of Slovenia was enriched with a new story of the “yellow pages”. Through the latter, the users are able to find credible information for services or products for everyday use more quickly. We decided on an innovative model of intertwining of paid yellow and free of charge white displays related to key content and interoperable advertisements which deviates from the worldwide practices and provides an excellent user experience on different media.
With the concept which combined popular functions of social networks and enables (co)management of contents, we want to attract younger users, and provided the existing ones with a better user experience, and with advanced advertising methods provide the companies with a higher value added of appearance.

With the update, we enabled an effective, intuitive and simple search and evaluation of providers in the yellow pages, and provided a modern user experience and a modern visual identity for the entire story of the Universal Phonebook of Slovenia. In our agency, we are responsible for the upgrade of the business model, designing the user experience and the visual identity of the online version.
We make sure that we understand the user and integrate them into the story of the brand, whereby we have adapted it to different displays.
The Universal Phonebook of Slovenia with its yellow pages intuitively provides the user with credible information, and gives the provider the option of an excellent presentation with a large range. By introducing the yellow pages, a new business model was made which unobtrusively exposes paid advertisements (through colour and size), and places classic advertising fields into the set of contents and thus makes it more visible, whereby it considers the diversity of display devices.
