Star Travel, a boutique-style tourist agency, mainly deals with travellers going to prestigious locations and who are seeking unique forms of luxury and wish to entrust the planning and organization of their entire trip to skilful staff, while spending a minimum of EUR 2000 per person.
We have designed an online communication strategy that visually chaperones demanding travellers, guides them through different types of trips, presents possibilities, and brings their choices to life.

Through the designed platform, we wish to differentiate the agency from its competitors and convey the message that Star Travel provides an individual approach to demanding and wealthy travellers, awakening in website visitors (new and existing clients) the desire to travel in the luxurious way we offer through the strategy of visual and content elements. The background goal is to generate quality leads for the live feed and to avoid preparing mass offers.
A typical customer of agencies such as Star Travel wants their particular desires and their wanderlust to be fulfilled by a mix of close attention to detail and small surprises. That is why we have built the offer on precious stones, which are the best approximation to stars (which is why we chose the name Star). Each stone has its own story and colour, so we have chosen two stones for each set of offers that best suits the target groups. The stone colours blend into each other as they guide the visitor throughout the website and, thus, spice up the rich visual experience. The visitor is guided through the process of choosing the means of travel and the destination to ideas on final locations, which are then chosen through an individualized approach through the accommodations segment, where the visitor to the website is ready to be contacted personally.
